Wishcuit’s Devoted to Pits project is for pit bull lovers and all who share, or have shared, their lives with a pit bull friend.
Devoted to Pits is a call to action to unite our community of pit bull lovers to make a difference for a dog that is misunderstood more than any other. I’m enlisting the help of pit bull devotees, and asking for photos of your dog/s. There is a submission deadline, which is extended to September 30, 2012, and at that time all photos received will be compiled together to produce a unique product that “gives back”.
You only have to do a tiny bit of work…snap a photo of your dog, and submit to Wishcuit! Well, and get your dog to cooperate, which shouldn’t be hard, since pit bulls love to smile! There is no fee required, and because we know that all pit bulls are extraordinary, no special criteria that your dog must meet!
The goal of the Devoted to Pits project, is to unite pit bull lovers, while raising awareness and educating the public about how amazing these dogs are. Proceeds will be donated to non profit rescues, and organizations that advocate for pit bull type dogs.
It’s not easy to be a pit bull with all they have going against them, so let’s work together to let their love shine, and show the world what incredible dogs they are. That’s it…it’s easy schmeezy!!
Remember, photos must be submitted by September 30, 2012.
GUIDELINES/REQUIREMENTS FOR PHOTOS
*Photos of pit bull type dogs only, please no humans
*Digital submissions ONLY
*No cell phone photos, please
*Horizontal (rectangular) in shape
*High Resolution Photos preferred; 300dpi
*Cropped or resized photos should be 640 x 480, or larger
*Border free
*Close up shots are best, rather than wide angle

NOTE: By your submission of a photo, you represent that you are the legal owner of the image and have the right to submit the photo to Wishcuit for inclusion in the Devoted to Pits project. In addition, you are providing Wishcuit with the right to include your photo on Wishcuit’s website, in Wishcuit’s advertising and promotional material and in similar publications and merchandise associated with the Devoted to Pits project. Photos submitted become the property of Wishcuit for the purposes stated above. We reserve the right to crop, enhance or alter photos.
For those who are unfamiliar, Wishcuit was created out of the love for my dog Cain who I lost to cancer in 2009. In short, everything that I accomplish through Wishcuit is with a purpose to help dogs in need. From raising funds for rescues, and canine cancer research & treatment, to many other organizations that promote the health and welfare of dogs.
