Haute Dog’s 10th Annual Howl’ oween Parade will take place in Long Beach, California on Sunday, October 31. Hundreds of costumed dogs will be participating in what has become known as the world’s largest Halloween pet event, which expects to raise over $12,000, to be donated to local animal charities and beach clean ups. Sounds like a great day!
